We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know
what to expect when you come to our Bryant chiropractic office for the
first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
That's why at Alcoa Family Chiropractic & Wellness, our aim is to remove any unnecessary stress or tension and make you feel comfortable during your visit with our chiropractor. When you arrive at our office, a friendly staff member will lead you through the necessary check-in process and paperwork - no need to fill anything out ahead of time!
Prior to your visit, you may receive a HIPPa compliant text message requesting a picture of your insurance card. If you do not provide it through that texting interaction, you will need to bring it with you to your appointment. We also strive to let you know exactly what your financial responsibility will be prior to your arrival. Please note that any payment (i.e. copay) will be required at time of service.
